Raízen Foundation’s Financial Economy Project assesses the profile of Jataí inhabitants
Raízen Foundation promoted the Financial Economy Project in Jataí. The action collected information on consumption and income planning of local inhabitants to survey their consumer profile.
The material to perform the research was developed by the entity’s students under the supervision of the instructor Ana Paula Gomes Salles, and had questions regarding how people in Jataí manage their income, how they usually make budgets when purchasing, whether they choose to plan the application of their finances, whether they feel secure regarding their decisions in this field.
In all, 506 questionnaires were completed at a tent placed at the downtown Tenente Diomar Menezes Square in Goiás Avenue. Participants received a financial planning kit.
Once the questionnaires are tabulated and analyzed, they will be delivered to CDL (Chamber of Store Managers of Jataí).
