On May 27 and 28, high school students of Valparaíso, Lavínia and Bento de Abreu will participate in another Raízen Foundation action. The institution offers the students the project With an Eye on the Future, focused on offering information regarding programs and professions.
In the event, the teenagers are going to have a schedule that is going to focus on topics associated to academic and professional life. Furthermore, they are going to have an exposition of partner institutions that offer technical training. These include UNITOLEDO (Toledo University Center) in Araçatuba, FAI (Integrated Colleges of Adamantina), SENAI (Brazilian National Service for Industrial Learning) in Araçatuba, UNIP (Paulista University) in Araçatuba, Jean Piaget Educational Institution in Valparaíso and ETEC (Valparaíso Technical School).
The purpose of the action is to promote access to the information needed to choose and develop a successful professional career. “We frequently deal with students who are avid to learn and share experiences. Our role, besides turning them into responsible individuals, is to provide them with guidance that helps in their choices for their adult and professional life”, states Evemária Rodrigues de Oliveira, coordinator of Raízen Foundation’s Valparaíso Center.
